As the Digital Health organization’s first Senior Design Director, I was responsible for design outcomes across a suite of digital products for clinical trial planning, design, and delivery.
Over two and a half years, I scaled the design team from two (me + a brilliant researcher) to thirteen while introducing new disciplines and best practices to the Digital Health organization, including design thinking, continuous discovery, design systems & ops, coded prototyping, and many more. Most importantly, I kept the team productive and happy. 😊
